Oh my goodness!  How I'd love to snaffle that one and put it in the cupboard until I wear out Ruby2sday!
AND it's here in QLD!  I wouldn't have to go far to get it.
Yes Brock, it's a real pity that dealers don't take a bit of care with their advertising copy.  Some liberal approximations among the description.
"The very last of this iconic model "- um no.  That was the 2012 black version.
However, if it's still under warranty it must be an unreleased Police bike- it's got the switch block, so it's not like it's 5 years old.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

I always reckoned that white is the next best colour to red.    Thanks for the offer, but I'd ride it home myself.    :grin

I fully understand.  Just trying to be helpful (and to have an excuse for a decent ride)   :thumbs

White bikes of any brand cause instant recognition by drivers who are ever on the alert for highway patrol.
The trouble as any owner of a white bike has found, is drivers will jump on the brakes right in front of you the second they see you in their mirrors.  It seems everyone feels guilty, even when they're well under the speed limit.

Hello folks. Brand new member here.  Just joined ozstoc this week after purchasing a sleek white ST with 8k on the clock reg 073PF - yep the one advertised.
Sorry I haven't introduced myself properly, but I haven't had a chance to get a photo of myself with the bike.
The owners manual suggests that it was first sold in Jan 2017 and therefore it still has 18 months factory warranty on it.
It's a beautiful bike. I still need to seriously get used to it but it's very sweet.
Looking forward to having more to do with you folks.....
Steve.

Cheers Tony.

You are obviously a friendly bunch around here. Before I bought the ST I was riding the blue 400-four to work, and it must have been Biggles on his red ST who nodded greetings to me even though I was on such an 'ordinary' machine. Nice to know ST owners aren't bike snobs lol.

Hey Steve... welcome to OzSTOC from the tropical north... if you can find the time next year and would like to stretch your Steed's legs with some touring, then come and join your fellow OzSTOCers at next years NR2018, just up the road a bit, in Mackay.

Really?  How does that happen? That ST of yours hasn't seen nearly enough fun.
