Spanner is still alive and lurking
« on: November 01, 2017, 10:28:43 PM »
Just wanted to touch base and let everyone know I am still here.

I have just been waaaaaay to busy to even look at face book much let alone read something with substance.

I was made redundant from the Townsville City Council.... Third time I have been made redundant so I have gone back to study at Uni..... Doing occupational therapy.... Will be a sprightly 51 when I finish.

Sooooo..... I am still here just working four jobs and studying.

Ciao

I was curious where you had been for a few months...you went silent after the IBA muster.
Good luck keeping it all together working so many jobs and STudying.

FOUR jobs!  You're a legend.  I hope the ST11 has had plenty of journeys commuting between all those jobs and Uni.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

That reminds me.  Has anyone heard anything from Abe in Sydney?  Does he still have an ST?  Does his son still make those great horn button protectors?

I had- I left from Lawrence and headed home.
Darn!
But great that he could get there for a while too.
Did he say why he'd been silent for so long?
