Today was a lovely day for a ride. I left home at 9.45 and took a leisurely route along the old Hume hwy south then Old South Rd, Illawarra Hwy and Kangaloon road along by the Wingacarrabie Reservoir into Robertson, thru town til I arrived at the Pie shop. Rubencan aka Ruben had juST arrived and I pulled up beside him then he moved so I moved over in front of the shop also, then he saw me.

Ruben and I had coffee and I had an apple and cream pie for breakfaST while we waited for the others.
I later saw STroppy, Terry and Adventure Rider, Mark had arrive then Rod arrived. Ruben and I both moved our bikes over to where the others were for the photo with the OzSTOC flag.
We all chatted about comparisons between the ST1100 and the ST1300 then wandered over and ordered our pies and drinks. I had a 'speciality' pie Chicken, leek and camembert, an unusual mix but a yummy pie. We all sat outside near our STeeds where the chat continued. I discussed our upcoming trip to Tassie with Terry, and handed out some OzSTOC business cards.
We then STarted to get ready to depart so 30 mins later I lead Ruben through scenic backroads to Picton, where juST as we STopped for a coffee the darn shop closed. I pointed out Ruben's turnoff to get back to the Hume Hwy then thanked him for his company on the home ride. I only travelled 170k's but enjoyed the RTE, the company of the others and relative easy pace I took.
