My Mate Fish
« on: April 11, 2019, 07:13:51 PM »
My good mate Fish and his Harley Davidson is well known to many OzSTOC members.   He's ridden all around Australia with me,  has been to quite a few RTEs and has always copped a massive ribbing about riding his tractor.   He takes it in good sport and gives as much as he gets.   Well I got  massive surprise this arvo.  He rang and told me that yesterday morning he flew to Melbourne, picked up a 2016 BMW R1200RT from a dealer,  and then rode it straight back home.  His beloved HD was put on consignment, has sold quickly and has already gone to a new owner in Renmark.
I need to get him to stop beating around the bush and join OzSTOC now that he has a real bike.

Without the HD Fish will need to find some other way to get a full body massage. Could prove expensive  :grin

Well well. Who would have thought eh. He needs to join officially as he is by default an honorary member anyway.
Very good for him.

That was his previous HD,  which also blew it's big end bearing at 30,000km.  This one has only done the clutch.  He still loved them though...
