I wish everyone good health, and lots of adventures for 2020.   

I cannot believe that it was twenty years ago that at work we were planning for the impact of the Y2K Bug, and that I was standing on our back steps watching the masses of private and illegal firework events at midnight.

I cannot believe that it was twenty years ago that at work we were planning for the impact of the Y2K Bug,

I remember the bonuses that Brisbane Transport threw out to entice us to work overtime on NYE/NYD and that they paid us well in advance just in case there was a glitch.  Coworkers were doing all their patches on their computers but I opted to do nothing and had no issues.

Sometimes you hear songs on the radio and thing they;re ralitevly recent and then do the maths in your hear and realize they're over two decades old.
