Replacing indicator block
« on: August 08, 2020, 03:07:47 PM »
Hey all,

So I decided to get a new indicator block to fix my indicator issues. Seemed simple enough.

Always turns out to be a little more work than anticipated. So I put together a few photos for anyone else having to traverse this in the future.

http://www.jerichoproductions.com.au/st1100-indicator-block/

I hope it helps somebody.

Cheers

Very informative post, Calsonic!  :clap

Here's hoping it's an easier job on the ST1300 if ever the need arises... :popcorn

Well done with digging into the heart of the bike.  I'm surprised it only took an hour!
It's sure helps one understand why bike maintenance is so expensive, when mechanics are to get a reasonable hourly rate for their skills.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott
