Hey all,
I'm well into the change out of the coolant pump seal and bearing. ( & yes, the drive gear fell inside but managed to fish it out & reconnect the chain). Hopefully thats all that is required??
I've Pressed the mech seal halves out and the bearing but found the bearing has quite a bit of play in it though was marked a C3 which is for high temp applications.
Seems someone has been in here before with way too much sealant, so not sure if this is the correct class bearing.
I need to ask then if anyone knows if the bearing is a std class or C3 high temp?
