No further rain here snce 5am, but roads are still wet, and with wind chill, its only 6 degrees outside at 10am.

Still cold and wet outside, only 2mm of rain since 9am but temp is the same as overnight.. 10 degrees, wind chill 6.2 at 2.45 pm.
