Google Maps v Waze v speedo: Which best avoids a speeding fine?

If, like me you use a "GPS" speedo when driving/riding instead of relying on the vehicle's usually "inaccurate" speedo, you just might find this video enlightening...

When I'm driving my car, I use my Garmin GPS as I've found its "speedo" nice and accurate although in saying that the car's speedo is only out by roughly 2kph...
It's a different story with Sue's car, it's speedo is out by 5kph at 100kph and 3kph at 80kph...

Since I've had the Android Auto screen on the ST I've been using Waze and according to that, my speedo is out by 1kph...
I actually knew that beforehand though as when I installed the speedo healer on my bike and calibrated it, I figured 1kph over-reading was near enough, rough enough...

My BT50 and Mazda2 are 5Ks high compared to the Garmin (IE indicates 100Ks, but GPS says 95)My bike is actually indicating low, but thats due to not being able to get the OEM Spec tyres for the Police bike any more. Indicatye 100Ks, but GPS was 103..

By the way, I was able to show that the White (police bikes) were faster than the other colours. A group of us on white would slowly pull away from the other bikes at 100Ks indicated due to the speedos being calibrated better.. (Had to be to enable booking of speedsters)
