RTE - Saturday 12th April, 2025
"The Rusty Gurnard", Port Welshpool

The Rusty Gurnard is Port Welshpool's totally refurbished family-run pub by the sea with views to the water and long jetty.
A visit will find you dining on traditional pub fare, including fresh fish, which is all done with a homemade, authentic spin,
and served in an airy, rustic, beach-vibe venue.

As mentioned yesterday, we'll be caravanning at Robe SA in April, won't be able to make this one. For us, May is already starting to get busy, it would be good if a date was set for that RTE, so as we can try and avoid committing elsewhere to the RTE date.

Most of the dates were set back at January's RTE at Neerim South by "the ladies" who had their calendars out trying to avoid clashes with other commitments, long weekends etc.

Anyways, the date is set for Sunday the 18th of May at Clunes.

There was talk of making it a bit of an overnighter so having the RTE on the Sunday will give those that are interested the option of heading there on the Saturday, for those that aren't, Sunday lunch will be like any other RTE...

Like you said, the weather was beautiful & just perfect for riding, just a shame Sue & I came by car due to being a bit under the weather...

It was a bit of a shame we didn't have a few more attend but it is what it is...

Anyhow, a big thanks goes to those that did make the effort as I know some of you/us weren't feeling the best...

Hopefully we'll see you all at Clunes next month!
