Sue & I went out for dinner with some friends last night at the Sandown Park Hotel...
Upon leaving the pub we were cruising along the Princes Hwy towards Dandenong when I happened to notice some kind of SUV behind me with no lights on, not even daylight running lights.

I touched the brake a few times to try to warn them but got no response...

A short time later they changed lanes and flew past us, still in darkness. I took the opportunity to flash them a couple of times with my headlights, trying to make them aware that they were driving with no lights on.
Imagine my surprise when all of a sudden the vehicle lit up with red & blue flashing lights...oops!
They disappeared off into the distance but we caught up with them at the next set of traffic lights, about to turn right, still with no headlights and the red & blue flashing lights now off...

I'd love to know what that was all about...  :think1
