The Pine Grove Hotel, originally built in the 1880’s was burnt down in the early 1900’s.
It was rebuilt, only to be destroyed during the horrific Ash Wednesday fires of 1983. The hotel was
rebuilt once more and reopened in 1984. "Famously known as 'The Piney,’ This historical pub is nestled
among vineyards in Upper Beaconsfield, close to the Cardinia Dam and the Dandenong Ranges.
