I miss the button on the floor to activate and then dip the headlights.

Yes! Simple, and easy to dip when half way around a corner.

I also miss the reostat to change the volume of the radio (stupid beep, beep, beep to drop the volume).

I still have this, but my car is nearly twenty years old.

I also miss having a CD player.

I miss a tape deck...

I also miss having a CD player.

That's one thing I don't really miss, so much easier to have your music on a flash drive or play it straight off my mobile phone.
No more loose cd's sliding around the floor or rattling around in the glove box getting all scratched up...:runyay

I also miss the reostat to change the volume of the radio (stupid beep, beep, beep to drop the volume).

The Sportage has one although I mostly use the volume control on the steering wheel.
The volume knob is in easy reach of Sue unfortunately when I have the music cranked up too loud for her sensitive ears...  :whistle

That used to be a $140 and two points fine (don't know what it may be now).

One downside of daylight running lights is that some drivers now don't bother turning on headlights in adverse conditions.
That's all well and good up front but they forget that the tail lights aren't on...
