For Sale: 2008 Candy red ST1300 $5800 done 78k

With the arrival of a 2010 GL1800, my beloved ST is now for sale, it's pretty standard apart from a new Helibar riser, it's in really nice condition, with only very minor scratches on the mirror tips and panniers.
Hasn't missed a beat in the 12 months I've had her, and if I didn't go the Goldwing route, there is no way I'd be selling her. I'll be popping it on Bikesales soon, but thought I'd pop it here first.
Only thing I would do is replace the windshield, which is a bit crazed with sun/age.

I don't know if it's the camera or my screen, but it looks orange in the pictures, but it's actually a lovely deep red.

Price dropped to $5800 as rego is due in a few days ($640) unsure if I'll re-reg it yet

IMO, it's not a good idea to let the rego lapse more than three months.  More than three months to get the bike registered, in addition to the RWC requirement, the bike will need an unregistered vehicle permit (to ride to RW inspector and VicRoads office), a VicRoads appointment, inspection and rego plate fees

Apart from the inconvenience, fees add another $100 or so.  May be / likely different in other states.

I'd be paying for three months rego.

it's reg until the 14th, and I have two people interested at the moment, but both from outside Vic, but I think you're right, even if just to have it available for a test ride etc. while registered and insured.
