Quick Scan Multivex Mirrors....

Thinking of adding a set of these, as when I packs me swag - can't see behind the bike in the normal mirrors because of overhang obstruction...

I put blind spot mirrors on mine when I first go the bike. The standard mirrors are fine for what's behind you but not much good when commuting in city traffic. They are fairly cheap and cost about $3 six years ago.

Diesel me thinks your on a winner. Fitted me on the right hand side a mirror with some hieght and its made a million percent difderence. No more having to look down at bloody mirrors. If I ever become old and had a full screen the first thing I would do, even before making the seat decent would be to get me 2 of them SAENG SS Quick-Scan wide-angle blind-spot mirrors.
You can see in the photo I also have them Wide Angle jobs in the ST1100 Mirrors
Theirs also another crowd tcalled Multivex that look first rate. Its kinda like a full size Blind Spot mirror that sticks over your originals. Definately getting me a set with me Tax check?

At $85 a pair I'll let you try them first, Diesel.  But I'd sure like a better view, even if it's just on the RH side.

I've got the $3 jobbies on the ST1300, but I put them inboard and at the top corner because that part of the OEM mirror just shows you your gloves.  I found the ST1100 mirrors had a better view, being lower.

I have these too, and they are invaluable in traffic, and mine are in the same possie as yours (as opposed to Alanst1100's) - but don't miss the point of REARWARD view. My three-quarter views are covered by where I have the OEM mirrors AND the little convex mirrors. I am sort of looking for a solution to see over my shoulders when I have the touring setup, as it that blocks any rearward view with the gear sitting on the pillion seat and hanging over a lot further than Mrs Diesel's arse posterior     

Capeesh?  And no-one better mention a reversing camera!!!!!!

Have one on my car and seen em for bikes, "But" what I'm after is better vision of whats beside me and just back a bit.

Watched the second video and that sold me. A real good bit of gear, but without a screen it wont fit my bike
