Obviously not worried about coppers.  Maybe he's a mate of Putin.  That would be good enough if he was caught.
If he keeps riding against oncoming traffic on the double centre lines any worry about fines will be irrelevant.

You have to wonder how many car drivers had heart attacks when this goon shot past their stationary cars, two layers of paint away from them, at the speed of light. They would have had no warning that he was coming and no reason to suspect that he might be, so the shock value would have been astronomical!

You've got my support all the way, Whizz.
The rider doesn't deserve to share the road with me, my wife, any of my friends or even the general public.
Until you've seen the after effects of a high speed collision you don't realise how many people are affected. 
It's just a shame that Utube and dvd's glorify what the rider is doing, like those television shows that glorify criminals
