Still, we should show some tolerance, we know what people mean, who cares if they misspell a word or 2. The point is they're here, they have something to contribute and their mates, as all ST riders are.

Mate, I'm showing tolerance!  I granted my correction is pedantic.
If I was intolerant I would have launched into a rant about spelling etc.  As noted, I shut up 99% of the time when I see much of the spelling and grammar in the public arena, but sometimes I can't fight the red pen off.

Every contributor is valued, and every contribution has merit.

Just sometimes we're to quick to jump on people's spelling mistakes...we don't want to frighten members off because we jump on them about their spelling all the time.

All I'm saying is that it's not that important to pick up on people spelling.

No chaps wasn't the auto correct on this occasion.....although it can be a help and a hindrance on the iPad, was purely heading to bed after a 18 hour night shift !!!

I dont normally correct spelling, ( except for my sister, it annoys her no end) but this opportunity I had to take. There was one meber who was a chronic mis-speller, and it was hard to not correct but I managed.

For those who can't get past the 'They're not Blues bands' - the banner says "Australia's Premier Blues & ROOTS MUSIC Festival"

Anyway - looks like it'd be a hoot of a weekend for the whole camping side of things as well. It just seems a little close to the 2nd National Rally - but something to calculate in to the date of the 3rd National Rally however.


EDIT: And BEFORE anyone says it.... No! Roots music is NOT Barry White songs!
