Below is my experience at fitting/mounting 450mm stainless Delkevic slip on exhausts.
First step, put the bike on centre stand, and remove plastic covers as shown below, also I put down some old blankets in case I dropped one of the exhausts, saves a lot of damage in the long run if you slip.
As you can see above I also removed the screws on the big alloy plate, so that it gives you room to remove the stock exhaust. (Do this on both sides)
The bolts underneath wear the exhaust joins the headers where very tight on mine, so had to use plenty of WD40 on bolts and join area to work everything free, be careful to as it discovered it pops off and you end up sitting on your bum looking foolish!
The Delkevic's come very well packaged, and is a very simple mounting process:
I put everything in place peice by peice and tightened nothing until it was all together, here are some photos of the process:
I also loosened the bracket, and slip it onto the connecter pipe to make sliding the exhaust onto the pipe easier
I made sure all the nuts where facing down for easy access if I have to adjust or tighten at a later stage.
The rubber strapping goes on the inside of the pipe bracket....
which my brain laughed at me after I put it expertly on the outside!
And ta da! You end up with the finished product:
Here are a couple of videos without pipes and with the Delkevic's on and running:
