Weather update: in Pommie terms:

It's pissing it down; persistent rain, thunder and lightning so much so my cabin is shaking.
Hope it clears for tomorrow but the news forecasts further heavy showers on Sunday just
In time for the 600 Kms return trip.

Quite a big turnout at Texas.  We're all in Inverell now.  I have it on very good authority it's possible to get lost in Inverell!
Great ride down from Brissie.  Overcast there, but fine everywhere else.  Pleasantly cool here.  More reports later once the fun starts.

Excellent weekend! Thank you to all involved with the organising. It was great to see so many faces both old and new and great  to catch up with old friends. The ride there and back was just fantastic, and no rain either day.

Home safe and sound, in the shower by 4:55 pm.

Thanks to Biggles for picking the route down to Inverell, great roads and good scenery. Weather turned out perfect.

Return journey was a collaborative effort with Dicko, Biggles, SToked and myself.

Just over 1000 kms door to door.

Thanks to the organisers and participants for making it an awesome weekend.

Good conversations, (Wish I could remember all your names) good cheers and good laughs, (especially at Streaks expense this morning)

Looking forward to the next one.
