I hope it was in that order.....
Don't remember much after staggering back to the motel in Rocky @ 5:30 am, having 3 hours sleep & then doing a fine impression of
a drunken thunderbird puppet in the passenger seat of a vehicle driven by a co-worker.
I can say that the dawson hwy is in my mind without doubt the most evil bit of "road" i have ever bumped & nearly barfed over.
Although the previous night it was police station , motel , pub, another pub , a dodgy joint ( more booze ) then motel.....

Sorry Streak, I'm out of the Bilo run due to involvement in the Laverda Concors in Brisbane on the Sunday. Too many great things on. I could be away every weekend, but SWAMBO has this way of looking at me...

Hey Sabie, if all else fail and we don't have jobs, we could ride up the Big Dad's pies at Deception Bay, or the BP Northbound, have a decent pie and coffee, and fake the trip from there.

At least we'd be out and about on the machines for a couple of hours.

Rex, I'd be in that but you'll need to give me a couple of hours head start as I live in Townsville......

First time in my life I've been unemployed started work when I was 15..

OK so has anybody booked a cabin and has extra room available? It may be a couple of months away but this will go quickly people.

If nobody has anything available I will be looking at booking for Boxhead and I in the next two weeks, and will let everybody know if I have spare room.

Just Booked our accommodation, Ensuite Cabin for $80 can't complain about that! Lisa was the girl i dealt with, very nice to talk to, looking forward to getting to this one!

I have been speaking to Lisa who is working out the accomodation, there are three styles of cabins, budget starting at $60 with bathroom outside, standard starting at $80 with ensure, and superior starting from 130 nicer cabin with ensuite.

She said they quite a few bookings, so if your keen to come I would get in and book if I where you!
