OzSTOC Xmas Parties..............
« on: November 29, 2011, 10:22:41 AM »
We are trying to organise OzSTOC family get togethers for a Christmas sausage sizzle at a few venues around the country.

For Queenslanders, we are meeting at Pumicestone Passage on beautiful Bribie Island at one of the fabulous BBQ areas there - Brennan Park.      :runyay

OzSTOC will provide the snags and bread, onions and dead 'orse!       :hatwave

Bring your own drinks and munchies.      :beer     :popcorn

WHEN: Sunday 18th December 11am-2pm
WHERE: Bribie Island - Brennan Park, Bongaree - See link below
HOW: ST preferably, but if mum n kids are coming, a cage is fine
DRESS: OzSTOC of course
BRING: Your drinks and munchies

Brennan Park, Bongaree (near the jetty)

DIRECTIONS FROM BRIBIE BRIDGE.....

DO THIS.....

It would be great if other states can organise a similar setup. We will be looking for volunteers to do this, and we'll even send a few bucks to help pay the BBQ cost. Msg/call myself or Streak if you have a plan.

Merry Christmas Villains!     :thumbsup

Cheers, Diesel & Streak

Great summer weather?

Pissing down with rain and thunder and lightening.

Could be worst though.
Our long range forecast for Christmas is fine and 26, as is Boxing day.
Eastern states are getting rain for Christmas.

Lest we forget, the WA boys still hold the record at a RTE, So don't go there Diesel, Sandgroper turncoat!

Unfortunately we can't make it the Bribie bbq. I'm going 4 wheel driving with my young bloke for the weekend over near Tenterfield. We hope everyone has a great time on the day and also a happy and safe festive season.

Cheers

Yeah, add Biggles to the fray.  Got my Leave Pass.  Missus said she'll do the Granny thing with the visiting ankle-biters, but I'm out of luck for any other days off   :-(((

And Pete54, Google Maps says 2 hours 11 minutes for your trip, and they're usually 10% pessimistic, so you should do it easy if you take the Gateway Arterial.  But watch out for  :law as they're always somewhere along that route on Sundays, protecting us from having accidents.

For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

ALSO (adding to my legitimately gained post count) if everyone wears their shirt, the records set will sit the WA wannabe record holders on their :butt

Hey Streak...... you know how we are both Queenslanders - are you able to ban sales to WA of OzSTOC shirts? Just come up with an excuse of transport being too expensive or sumthin!       :wink1
