Hope everyone is safe and well in all the wild weather we are having around the country, between fires, flood, cyclones, mini tornados, and all the rest.

Keep safe, and an ear out for the police advice. In toowoomba we have been advised to stay indoors and not to drive anywhere due to gale force winds.....

Cheers

Storms went through here last night. 37mm to 70mm in Canberra, probably more elsewhere. Wind was very strong.

You're welcome to it.  We're well and truly "over it".  But you'll have to come and get it.  I'm not going outside again after pumping the pool back down to skimmer level for the third time.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

Just finished doing mine... what a drag!! But I actually don't mind the rain although monSTer and I aren't going out again till it has STOPPED! I don't voluntarily ride in the rain, and by that I mean I will ride if I'm caught out on the bike when it starts to rain, but if it's raining when I need to go out I will either delay till it's finished, not go at all, or go in the tin-can if I really have to be there!.

I know that probably makes me a wuzz in some peoples eyes, but I want to enjoy my riding not feel like a jet-propelled drowned rat! So say whatever you want, it's the way I am!  :nahnah  :butt

I had an unusual 4 day break. A track closure for maintence so I thought a few days working in the yard,
a bike ride and back to work. I was so wrong thanks to Cyclone Oswald came along.
Power was off today for 6 Hrs and 300Ml of rain so far. But lucky no flooded of house this time.
So all good, always another day
