I had a phone interview last Friday (21st) and I was advised that I'll know the outcome sometime during this week. Routes to/from rally are sorted and that just leaves the packing.

CF 650 looks like it may fulfil a little the ST role but it's sadly lacking a shaft drive so it's a big no from me.

Ballarat's season are Autumn, Winter, more Winter and Spring. It's common to experience all of these seasons in one day, in any of which it might rain, or it might not rain. Coming from WA, it would be prudent to pack gear with this in mind.

I'll be coming from St Helena (NE Melbourne suburb, about 1.5 hour ride) and be packing wet weather gear, spare gloves and neck warmer. Others will pack lighter.

I like my patches so am in the the process of having patches made for both last years national meet and this years. There is a one off set up cost after which the pacthes will cost $20 ea. If any one else is interested my thoughts are to sell them at $25 ea to help cover the set up costs. It there are more ordered than required to cover the set up costs $5 per patch will then go to the OzSTOC funds.

As the CFMoto is going to be part of the Rally you might be interested to see what they can do....looks like it might have been taken be outside the CFMoto factory with the resident CFMoto test pilot ......

Theres a bit of a of a walkaround, starting and stopping the engine etc then the action starts at about the 2 minute mark
