Some pretty impressive speeds, pity Australian controling bodies will not allow bikes to run here.  :'(

It looks like the hardest part for him was keeping the front wheel on the road!
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

RESPECT! - I reckon I couldn't have done it at a quarter of that speed!

It is nice to ride/drive with most of the unpredictable hazards not present.

I've hammered a V8 Comodore around a private race track and a skid-pan. I have also spent quite a few days (back in the early 1980's) hammering my Yammy XS1.1 around Adelaide International Raceway - aah! - those were the days. For most of the 80's I drove V8 Ford F100's around Victoria at emergency speeds. I once drove from Royal Kids hospital in Melbourne to Bendigo Base Hospital in a Ford V8 wagon in 58 minutes door-to-door - around 150 km's. Aah!, they really were the days!

I have survived my youth and most of my adult-hood. Sometimes only with a good measure of luck.

Do you think he'd ridden that road before, or was it the first time? :CB--
