Thanks for the thought Big Ted, but I'll be honest, most Sunday morning rides will be out for me for the simple reason I'm a Baptist minister  o:) and the congregation might not understand the "gone for a bike ride" notice pinned to the front doors, lol.
Saturday's would suit me much better or Sunday arvo afternoon rides even. But thanks for thinking of me. One day I'll catch up with you all  :thumbsup

Now if the notice said:

"Gone for a bike ride to convert some heathens.", the congregation may understand.

Winston 66,
 Hi everyone,
Well here is the plan for the next two weeks.
Leaving home around 9am. tomorrow, Wednesday, it is supposed to get to the mid 30s C tomorrow so will endeavour for an early start.
Then an overnighter at somewhere like Jurien Bay, or possibly Cerventes, or even Seabird, all depends how easy I am travelling as I will be pulling a new trailer.
Will stop in Perth, Kingsley for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, I have a long time buddy there that is recovering from major surgery.
Leave Perth early Sunday for the RTE meet at Mummballup, that is if I can find the bloody place in the outback.
Will probably do an overnight camp there , and then see what happenes,
Will probably hang around or do as small tour and then end up at York for the motorcycle  show on the 21st
before probably heading back to Perth before heading home.
If anyone wants to contact me I might suggest that a phone call to my contact at Kingsley might be successful in leaving a message  try Ph. 94091070    his name Is  (Steve) .
Or otherwise PM.me through the forum.
I am anticipating purchasing a new lap top whilst in Perth and if I do I might be able to figure out how to make the thing work. or Email at,    meontop@hotmail.co.uk
I do not have a mobile phone.
It would be great to meet up with anyone that is available at that time.
Cheers to all.

An update for Sundays ride people

The trip leader that would be me  >:() still has a ST that is sort of back together and should be on a bike not in a car  :-((( for the run

We should be at the Tavern by around 11am ish it's more of a drink at this pub as its very small not a real sit down meals pub so if people want to follow me down to boyup brook and see what the pub is like there it's 45 km down the road or you can head home from after the drink stop at Mumbalup upto to yourself

I'm leaving Byford Caltex at the end of town at 8.30 am

If things don't go right on the day don't blame the trip leader  :butt

Winston66
Now I am confused, It is all too much .
Mummballup,?
Boyup Brook,?
Byford ?
Where am I going and why, and What for?
All you guys know what you are doing and when. And Where.
Dont forget that I am a country bumpkin and from out of town.
I dont know the locale, and it seems that some plans have changed from the initial RTE.
As I am leaving for Perth early tomorrow I dont know if I will be able to work out where I am going, for as far as this ride is concerned.
If someone can point me in the right direction with clear and understandable, for me route and times it would help.
I will be coming from Kingsley which is just north of Perth ,on the freeway. And towing a trailer so my speed will be slower and I will need some extra travel time.
Lets hear from you.
Cheers Winston66

Hey Turtle, my Gloucester Tree climb is on hold again, so I'll be joining you at Byford too (hopefully with Winston66 in tow). Are you seriously suggesting another 45km riding? Ok, yes please.

As far as blaming the trip leader - you can't get out of it that easy!  Just last Sunday on the 3 DAM run we actually missed one of the dams.... we made a left instead of a right. The stupid leader even had a GPS (but that wasn't programmed properly) - what a tosser... oh wait - that was me!  :||||  :rofl

At this stage I will join all and sundry at Byford, had a meal at Boyup Brook tavern about 12 months ago, wasn't any thing to write home about, café up the road is better.

I will return to York via Wagin and Narrogin.
