My sis in law goes OS quite often. Most places she goes have free wifi so that cuts down a lot of her phone calls. Just uses her wifi Tab to send e-mail etc.

Just about every MacDonalds in Oz have 15 minute time limit free wifi as well.......guess it's one way to get customers in......lol.  I Have yet to use it.

Tried the McDonalds free WI-FI a few times, pre combined 8 Mb of data on iPhones.....sooooooo slooooowww !!! On purpose I would envisage.....keep you there, keep you grazing.
