So after 5 hours... the mother of all work benches is now complete... I think I'm done... for now





Now to crack a cold can and watch the AFL Grand final

Nowhere near enough junk filling up the shed and bench!  Starting to look like a real retreat.

Strapping...I wasn't going to use anything thinking that the shear weight would give it enough support, but it wobbled way too much.

Magnificent.  Was it scratch-built or a kit?  Interesting application of the gal joining brackets.  A fair bit of very solid timber in that.  I wouldn't want to try and move it in one piece!

It was scratch-built. Yeah the joining brackets were not what I wanted (couldn't find the ones I wanted in Australia, and I couldn't get them shipped)
