I feel for you Ruben, in a similar boat myself

I'm off work and away from my beloved gym and running for at least 8 weeks after a L4-L5 herniation when a patient fell at work and took me with him

Looks like my Uralla won't be on the back of STig

Hey Jean and Ruben.
Wishing you both speedy recovery's for your back problems. Been there and done that and know how challenging they can be (back injuries). Remember you can always come along in a car if that's a better transport option until your backs heal

I can verify that the Guyra-Ebor road has some rough sections - in fact they must have used all the rough road signs in NSW! Went that way to Yeppoon just recently. The roads after it are worth the ride though.

We be going through Ebor about 10:15 if you want to meet up......Great little country Coffee shop on the right hand side in the village called Fuss Pots.....the Guyra to Ebor road is sealed but a little rugged in places in the middle section.

Morning folks,

Just back from a morning surf and feel invigorated...or is that snap frozen? The water is still about 22 degrees but the ambient temp....6 or 7.

Not too many sleeps for the Uralla run, really looking forward to the weekend. See most of you at Dorrigo for lunch I guess. A couple of us are travelling from the Gold Coast via Iluka, Grafton and Coffs. Are we having a group ride into Uralla from Ebor perhaps?
