ST1300 replacement bodywork
« on: December 30, 2011, 12:03:33 PM »
This may be of interest. Came across it under a discussion about getting some ST1100 bodywork made up.  Does not look like the panniers are included, or ST1100 parts  >:(.

Word of advice ... Dont touch these fairings.

Whilst the price is very appealing, the quality and finish is far from acceptable.

I have a set ordered from this guy for my CBR 1000 Track bike. They came painted and were suppose to be better than OEM. So i fell for it and ordered a set. They came and well were only good for the bin. They were poorly made and finished. Cracked plastics, blistered and pittered paint, poorly aligned, the list goes on etc etc etc

Anywho thats my 2c on this topic.

Same comments about these eBay Chinese knock-off fairings on Blackbird forum.
Crap paint, mounts missing or in wrong place, don't align properly, etc.
Buyer beware
