This might not be in the right topic.
When I made biodiesel at one stage I had leftover material called glycerol (?). This is handy for degreasing driveways, killing weeds, etc. It can also be used to clean grease off your hands and leaves your hands in better condition than using normal degreaser, detergents, etc. The trouble is that I am running low on it.

I have since realised that Inox is also good for getting the grease off your hands rather effectively. Just a light spray on the hands and rub them together then wipe off with a rag.. then a simple wash with soap. It's fairly convenient being in a spray can and it's non-toxic. I also use it for getting grease off car parts while working on engines (depending on how seriously thick and embedded the grease is).

Just thought I'd pass this on as it might be useful info for someone!

That's brilliant Rodd - did not know that. 

Inox has been excellent been using it on my engines and underbody of my 4x4 and on my bikes to prevent rusting and it works really well.

Get some solvol up ya. Not literally of course.

Don't know because I haven't had to buy it. But I have solvol here and it takes some good scrubbing to get the grime out of the creases in my fingers. I actually have one of those green scourers and find it better (with soap or solvol) to clean my hands. The Inox seems to soften the grease/grime and makes it easier to wipe of with a rag and then wash my hands with soap (solvol or not)... just found it effective and convenient and I only spray just enough on my hands to rub them together and then wipe off the grease with a rag.. works well.
Also, seems safer and yet easy to wipe grease off the parts when I'm using them. I have a parts washer here and just find it simpler to spray the part with Inox and then wipe the grease off.
