Early doddle
« on: December 21, 2013, 11:08:46 AM »
Went for a loop this morning to fulfill a FarRider game challenge.  Had to take a few pix of locations as you do.  Got away at 4:45 in the cool of the morn and home before it started to warm up.
Mt Glorious has been taken over by the Lycra Loonies.  Couldn't be bothered stopping at the Bikers' Coffee Shop because it looked like an hour's wait with all the grids parked out the front- at 7:30 mind you!!  Don't these people have beds?

Here's the route.

If you're not familier with Spotwalla, you can click on a dot for more info, and the map zooms like all Google maps.

Here's one of the pix.  Time is in DST because that's one of the rules.

For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

I've only got the short breathing tube, so I have to stand on the pegs.
