I won't be able to make it as just got back from Renner Springs RTE and have do organise a few things before the Ozstoc 1600. Leaving Friday and getting back Sunday just does not leave a lot of time. A pity as I need some corners, and the way there and back had useful options..

I will be attending guys and gals.

Thinking of taking a scenic route, 2-2.5 hrs to get there from melbourne NE suburbs (Mill Park, Bundoora, Greensborough area).

Let me know if you want to join in.

Maybe pick a point to catch up perhaps Whittlesea?. Plan to leave at 9am google tells me about 3hrs and 200 k,s. see what happens .,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,............................................ :wht11

Off topic, looked across and saw amount of posts being 351, had that in the Patrol................. :wht11

If Michael gets involved he might be able show us some of the "off roading" in the area?

Hendo,

I'm "in" for this one.

I need to ride via Kilmore, be there around 10:30am, see a bloke for about 15 minutes, continue via Woodend and then a few other back roads to get to Blackwood around 12:30pm.  Could do with some riding company, if you promise not to ride too fast for ME, and get to far ahead.

Could leave from McDonalds, SE cnr Plenty Road / University Drive, Mill Park at 10:00am - if that suits.

I have you mobile and call Saturday around 9:00am if there's a change of plans.

Nigel,

That would be around 10:15am at Whittlesea McDonalds.

Other are welcome too!  Anyone else?
Cheers,  Williamson (AKA Michael)

All sealed roads for the Mighty ST.  Some short-cuts via gravel roads, puddles and ditches would be possible, but not probable for me.  You guys can suit yourselves.

Gentlemen,

Attached is the route I was thinking of taking( a few hills, bends and straights). If we meet at Whittlesea Maccas at 10:00am, we will arrive it Kilmore at 11:00am ( is this ok for you Michael), have a quick coffee/do an errand, and then head off to Blackwood getting there at approx 12:30pm.

Let me know what you think.

Yikes!  Thanks for that Nigel.

Well, I'll be riding tomorrow.  Some of the Whittlesea Ulysses guys and gals have a pre-coffee coffee at the  Maccas.  That, and a later ride will have to do me, as Sunday I have other things to do.  You'll have more fun without me holding you up anyway.

Marcus needs to keyboard practice and he can take me orf the list.

I'll send Hendo an SMS to make sure.
Cheers,  Williamson (AKA Michael)

Hi Marcus,

Thanks, it was great to meet you all, and definitely looking forward to my next OZSTOC Ride out.  I only wish I knew Victoria better and then I wouldn't have needed to use the Highways so much.

Hi Denis and Diane,

Yes good ride home (a little windy).  I decided to take a different route home so that's why I came off the M8, I was sick of Highway Driving.

Look forward to seeing you guys again sometime.
