Dual Seat for ST1100 Wanted
« on: February 04, 2014, 09:04:29 PM »
Hi everyone,

Had a good look at my seat tonight as it seems to be dipping at the front under my weight and rubbing on the bodywork, only to discover it is not an original seat. It has a fibreglass base and doesnt have any of the hooks in the front.

Needless to say im now looking for an original seat preferably in good condition.

If you have one spare please contact me and we can work out a deal.

Cheers,

Hendo

Is it possible to reinforce the fibreglass with more of the same and incorporate the required hooks?  Might be the quickest way to get back on the road.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott
