Couple of laugh out alouds there.  Around 2:00- the funeral pall bearers     :rofl
and several near the end including throwing the rifle over his head (and the dignified recovery).
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

Me too..been there, done that, felt embarrassed and bruised...IT HURTS!!! It's because of the steel studs in the soles of the boots, put there to make the boots sound as you are marching, but they don't stick on concrete or tarmac, hence the fall on your bum. Incidentally the first time you have studs put in the soles of your boots the marching gets much much quicker, almost breaks into a run and you have to seriously think about keeping the marching speed the same as in rubber-soled boots...weird eh!

Another aspect to the falling over thing is this:

In this high-tech day and age, WHY is road pain still slippery?

You feel it every time you cross a wet white marking on the bike.

For the painted lines to show up at night they generally use glass beads to reflect the light back at you.

I don't think it's so much the paint but the glass that causes the slippage to occur and worse when the road is wet
