Excellent buying at the price.  Not real convenient for southerners- it's up near Cairns.
Might need a bit of TLC, but less than 100,000 km.  All genuine boxes.  MC Cruise control.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

I was a bit worried about that, too- especially since it's a dealer (not that it makes a huge difference- there's no warranty, ever).
My thought is, even if it costs you $1000 to fix whatever bug it might have, it's still cheaper than some older ST11s.

I owned that model.

They're slower.     :p      :rofl

Island Coast Holden is a small car dealership in Tully, they're not a bike dealership to my knowledge, however Bikebear would have a better idea.

The Gumtree ad does not show the LMCT no. (or QLD equivalent).  I don't think it is the main dealership 'phone no. listed, probably just a workshop no. for Dan or Brian.

The other listed items are not 'normal dealership' sale items.  Me thinks Dan and Brian are using their work no. and selling stuff privately.  The ST1300 may not be sold with dealership warranty or RWC.

Still, a pretty good buy at the quoted km and price.

maybe it has been submerged when they had big floods or rain events??

Just a thought as I used to live up that way and it gets just a tad wet.

I sent them an email and this was the reply

Thanks for your enquiry on the bike.  As this is not a car there is no warranty provided, but it does include a current RWC.  I am not aware of the bike being in any accidents, I know the previous owner & he has looked after it well.  Same goes with water & cyclones, there is no evidence that it’s been affected by either of these.  If there is anything else you need to know feel free to contact me.

sounds good...... wish I had the money right now.
