Hi all! After a week of thought & sadness I`ve decided to sell my trusty 03 model ST1300
. I bought my first motorcycle in 1973 and in my wildest dreams did I think I would be still involved with the two wheel brigade 40 years later!! Having owned an 1100 & now a 1300 I have enjoyed argueably the best motorcycles ever made! The engines are bullit proof my 1300 has 135000 on the clock and Honda mechanics tell me it will do it again +!!it is in really good nick heaps of grunt never uses any oil, just a great touring motorcycle!. So why am I selling ? I want to buy an Adventure Tourer maybe a Suzuki VStromDL1000 second hand cheap & super reliable and venture onto roads that ST`s aren't keen on. So! back to the ST, it presents very nicely,as I said 03 first model with ABS & linked braking also electric screen, Honda top box AJ plastics touring screen ( 12 months old) recovered seat with piping,pannier liners tank bag 12 volt outlets for GPS ect, Workshop manual ( on a cd as well ) Delkevic after market pipes plus the originals,Angel st 50% front Ange lgt brand new on the rear & here is a major plus!, a bike lift ( foot operated ) just brilliant for home servicing and cleaning no crouching down, I paid $570.00 delivered for it.
