Is that what   :beer  means.

It's a dreadful disease which is virtually fatal- 90% death rate, if you can get good medical care.
Victims bleed to death, internally and sometimes externally.
With up to 3 weeks incubation, it could easily be brought here by an unsuspecting carrier.    :eek

With no inoculations available, the only hope of preventing a plague is quarantine of the victims until they die or are declared cured.
