Mt Lindesay Hwy

I don't know if this is somebody (bbbcreations) from the forum, but this is a good video. Unlike many ST vids on UTube, you can hear the engine. Nice!

I love this road. I manage to ride it about twice each month, usually getting to it, or from it via Summerland Way via Kyogle.

Well done and thank you bbbcreations, whoever you are.

Great road, the Mt Lindesay Highway.  Just stay well away from its extension from Woodenbong to Tenterfield, the Mt Lindesay Road.    :eek      :crazy      :o

edit:  He did mean "gentle" in his note, didn't he?     Wot thuh

The exhausts do sound a little "after-market".

For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

It would be a better vid without the first 8 minutes of open road.
The car at 9:00 is typical of those driven by people who have to touch the brake approaching every corner.
Oddly enough, there is a school of thought that teaches m/c riders should do the same thing.
I can't agree.  Set up the speed on the throttle and only use the brake if you run out of time to wash off the excess.  It's planning rather than aggression that makes for the pleasant flow.

I couldn't watch it all, I have too much mechanical sympathy. With all the throttle chopping, gear crunching and over riding he should be on a 6oocc sport bike.

I do like that bit of road...... It's a fairly uneventfully long ride to get to the good bits but worth the run.
I'm sure the author/rider was having a good day ......good on him
I jus wanna ride my bike
