Wanted - welding of bracket

Hi Guys
Im seeking someone from WA who can do a quick welding job for me, I need a plate welding onto a bracket for a rear light.
Hope someone can help.

OK to stop all the gossiping, Reversing lights are for tipsy, Im selling my pole light to Jolsen for his police project and have a replacement to fit, and have altered the rear to accommodate the trouble and strife, who has decided she wants to come out for a ride.
The addition of the new pole light requires a bracket welding to then fit onto the gantry.
I'll put some photos up to show you.
