My Son's first drink
« on: August 23, 2014, 06:52:40 PM »
I was reading an article last night about fathers and sons and memories
came flooding back of the time I took my son out for his first pint.

Got him a Fosters ..... he didn't like it - I had it.

Then I got him Carlsberg, he didn't like it so I had it.

It was the same with Guinness and Cider.

By the time we got down to the whisky I could hardly push the bloody pram home.

You're a bad Dad, Rosie!    :-(((      :wink1

For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

Not to mention you would have killed him as infants cannot metabolise alcohol....

I acknowledge hardworking Australians no matter who they are or where they come from. All those who have contributed to this wonderful country deserve an equal share of gratitude for their contributions. To single any group of individuals out for special homage only denigrates the rest of us.
