Coming to you at your nearest hardware store - They have worked out its cheaper to just make multi coloured insulation instead of two different colour's  - Here we have the new test prototype combined pink / yellow insulation batt with lots of padding to keep you warm

Should I tell you that the netball I play for on Monday nights is called the Fruit Tingles....



But all aside, Teela won her ladies netball tournament on Sunday night, and I was part of the team that won the mixed D grade grand final tonight.

With all the work we have been doing fitness wise it paid off over the last 48 hours!
