Stopped reading this column when I got to electrolytes. Please read the ingredients list. Sugar, a different sort of sugar,another variety of sugar. Doesn't seem to be much anything except sugar and flavoring.

The best drink when thirsty is plain water, room temperature. The body absorbs it faster, cold water causes all the veins cailiaries and cels to contract to preserve body heat.
