Sporst touring bike comparison
« on: February 16, 2012, 07:54:03 PM »
I am sure a few will be interested in this

https://www.dropbox.com/home#/Public/Touring%20test:::

BMW1600GT, GTR14, BMW 1200RT, ST1300 (no FJR1300 which is a pity)

The outcome is a bit surprising, as the BMW16 is not the bee knees and the ST13 is still relevant (not surprising   :runyay)  No ST13 breast beating should be tolerated   :grin

Hey saaz.  I joined Dropbox to see the comparo but it says that folder is empty.
So how do I get to see your file?   :(

Here's an FJR1300 & GTR1400 comparison with the K1300GT, but no ST or 1600 in this article:

For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott
