High Density of ST's
« on: November 29, 2014, 02:36:20 PM »
Was enjoying a bit of a blast on the trusty old STeed today and suddenly the thought came to mind that we here in Gulargambone could possibly have the highest density of ST ownership per capita in the country.

Consider: 2 x 1100 3 x 1300 population approx 400 in a radius of 40 km. NOt bad for country yokels eh?  :hatwave

Just found out there's another 1300 in the area, bringing the 1300 total to 4.

That's about 1 ST for every 70 odd people.  :grin :rockon

Nothing "odd" about them.
All very intelligent, I'd say!

Even smarter if they all join OzSTOC!    :grin
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

Grumpy, are you suggesting we stop calling Gulargambone a one-horse town and call it a six-ST town instead? Doesn't quite have the same ring to it.  :rofl

Nothing of the sort. We proud of being 1 horse town, which obviously has a large proportion of discerning motorcycle owners. We do allow other breeds as well, there are at least 8 other bikes in town (not including the Ag bikes) that are regularly ridden and enjoyed.

Working on that. Might take some effort with a couple of them.  :Whipped
