Oh to Be 18 Again!
« on: December 06, 2014, 01:20:25 PM »
My Aunt just sent me a photo of when I was Jackeroo, 18 years old, so fit I could have jogged to Dubbo and back, dumb as a post though....

I like the high Quality Sun Safe Clothing I lived in back then

What a hunk!  XL shirt and size 34 shorts.

So the streak came later, or did you dye it out back then?
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

Back then it was a medium shirt and 34 shorts lol now I have a Large shirt and 38 shorts

The Streak had only just started then so it was not visible on camera yet, it was a couple if years before it really came to the fore

I'll drink to that, but I'd probably want to go back to 14.  I did some stuff before I was 18...    :-(((

But like you say, only on condition that I can retain my current knowledge.    Wot thuh

Me aged 21... and one of my cabs... check out the heels, lol... I am a lot thicker in the middle now..

Way back when I had hair, and worked in the coal mines at age 24... excuse the bleached hair, legacy of working on the prawn fleet up in the gulf before I went mining.. ... not enough fresh water to bathe in, and the only detergent we had that would lather in sea water, was BP Comprox.
This was smoko time... before that ciggy was finished, it was the same colour as me!
Oh yeah... something that I just noticed... used to wear my French Paraboot skydiving boots as work boots, one inch air cushioned soles were very comfortable to walk in....
