19221.  Still running it in.

 :rd13

Had 93479  on the 2004 when I sold it.

 :blu13

Had 134618 on the 2000 when I sold it

 :wht11

I put 82804 of those kays on the three bikes since 23/03/2006.
That's approx 13992 kays per year.

Showing a measly 56,000 - whether that's what it has actually done is anyone's guess!

Just over 28,000. All mine.

It's a 2006 but wasn't registered until 2009 and was basically off the road for 1 year due to 2 knee operations, 2 months in Thailand and nearly 6 weeks waiting for repairs after the clown ran into the back of me when it had only done 837 k's.

Laurie,
Maybe you should consider going to the Nat. Rally. I am sure you could find some nice bike roads from Lismore to Scone and then a run down the Putty Rd would make a great ride.

7828 on my 08 since October 08 and all mine.

When I sold my 2000 ST1100P it had exactly 134618 km on it.
It was bough by someone on the Gold Coast who on-sold it not long after to a guy in Lismore who rang me with a question about the bike.
The Odo reading when he bought it?  About 85,000 km.

Amazing what crossing a state border can do to a speedo    :o

I don't think the electronic odos are as easy to wind back.

I guess I'll need to get crackin from now on, or the bike will outlast me :crazy.

 :hijacked Sorry!

It's easy enough to swap the clocks with something showing much lower mileage.

Digital ones can be re-set somehow - there is a company that does it for legitimate reasons, can't think of the website though.  I believe dealers can do it too, e.g. on the 929 FireBlade where the odometer stops at 99999 and I believe the V-Strom stops at 199999.

I would imagine that there are people out there with the equipment to clock digital odometers for deceptive purposes if one were to look hard enough.  I've seen it done to a car on a TV show and it was as simple as plug in a computer and input the desired mileage.

The 1100s have a mechanical driven speedo and odometer, thats the cable thingy coming off the left side of the front wheel. The 1300 is a digital (electronic) speedo. :thumbsup

Still not good to wind it back, or very far forward for that matter.
