IN RUSSIA YOU CANNOT GET CAR INSURANCE UNLESS YOU HAVE A DASH CAM. THIS IS BECAUSE THE PLACE IS SO CORRUPT AND WITH THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF INFLUENCE AND MONEY YOU CAN CHANGE ANYONE’S STORY -  HOLD ON TO YOUR SEATS .... FOR THE RIDE OF YOUR LIFE !!

It's a very good thing Russians are made of rubber.  Everyone seems to just jump up and dust themselves off!!

I'm currently reading "The Road Gets Better From Here" (see the Daily Quote thread).  Most of the male Russians he met drank vodka throughout their waking hours.  Frighteningly, they also drove all kinds of vehicles and any of the checkpoint guards he encountered (also drunk) were armed.

So this video shows that Russians are horrible drivers and made of rubber

(Actually there were some great drivers in that video (the non crashing drivers) and great examples of people that shouldn't be permitted near a road even on foot )
