Philbo, I went down this path with the current wife and a camper trailer. Keep the wife and sold the trailer.

I had to carry an extra AGM car battery that was charged via a Redarc battery isolator system from the car when moving or solar panel when camping in one spot for more then one day.

The battery will be too heavy to carry in the panniers or top box, so, are you towing a trailer, or using the pillion seat??
Also, you will need an converter (12V to 240V) for your CPAP to work and associated connections.
That is just a quick run down from my experience and there is more to the system, of course.
But, you never know there may be someone out there that has already been down this road (on a bike, of course) and have the exact answer your after.
