I wonder if the GT version of the PR4s would put them up with the Angel GTs.
We must be doing something right when they are very happy with 19000 km (note- their figures are in miles).
Many of us are regularly getting around 25000 km or better.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

I was happy with 16,000kms from the PR3s, Angel Gts used the same as the PR3s will get 18,000kms or so.  PR4s are on next.  25,000kms is a bit of a dream for me.....

Just had a major service and had a new PR4GT fitted to the back. My mech says they're better than the Angel GT's. Have also been told they (PR4GT's) stick "better than Durex"; tomorrow will tell the story

PR3s made a wet road feel like dry, so PR4s should be better.  Angel Gts are great in the wet as well, so hope they do as well tomorrow.

Surprised they didn't have the T30r from Bridgestone though not a lot different to the BT23 from my experience.

With the general discussions on tyre types, good and bad. Thought I'd throw in another web site regarding tyre technology for extra information.
