My New Ride

Hi Everyone

I joined this little group a few years ago then I was looking to get a ST and as of last Thursday I am the proud owner of a 2005 Candy Graceful Red ST1300 ABS model got it in Port Macquarie from Rock Motorcycle
I traded in a much loved CB1300 but some things have to go to make way for new ones I rode it down to the Mountain Pie shop on Sunday with my good friend Andrew aka Atoyot to meet a few of you guys
ive done about 1000kms on it and im loving it
 it will be off the road for about a month while I get it a bloody good clean and service to get it up the my standard anyway so I might have a question or too about something along the way
I look forward to many years of great rides

Njoyed meeting u and Linda on that beautiful Sunday last weekend and Andrew Atoyot is my friend coz I found him 1st and our son's name is Andrew and I was born in Orange and our wedding anniversaries r the same and if you ask nicely I'll share him with u.
Actually you've probabubbly known him for many years and me just while owning a STeed.
U've got yourself a very nice STeed there in one of the rarer shades of red. The Reds r better otherwise it wouldn't b the official Honda colour.

At least Glen is close to Glenn......some people spell my name as Allan but it still sounds the same as Alan......not a big deal.....storm in a tea cup sort of thing.

A "Glenn clean" is like bringing a bike back to better than as new condition. The CB1300 he traded in was in showroom concourse condition, so much so that the salesman there was seriously considering buying it. There would be none cleaner in Oz, and I expect that his ST will be the same soon, despite the fact that he will be piling the km's on it. 

That Candy Graceful Red is a beautiful colour no doubt about it! We've just got to get a few farkles on it now!

Oops,sorry that was purely a typo. but I do have some excuse, had just spent over 36 hours travelling. Slept for almost 10 hour last night.

My father often called me by my brothers name for almost 50 years so I answer to almost anything. I just find it a little frustrating when you send someone some thing with your name on it and when replying they spell it incorrectly, I am sure under similar situations you must do at least a little.
